Weddings

 D-Strings are an award winning music ensemble available for all your wedding needs  from ceremony or drinks reception music, to background or lively electric music during your meal! With everything from the popular Canon in D by Pachelbel, to Sweet Child of Mine on the acoustic quartet or Riverdance (for those foreign relations) on the electric violins your guests are sure to be entertained.

 D-Strings have various packages:

​

Church/ ceremony 

- acoustic string trio or string quartet with option of adding singers. All ceremony packages also include complimentary music as your guests arrive, are seated and waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Drinks reception 

- acoustic string trio/string quartet with or without amplification

    -electric violin solo, duet or string trio with backing tracks

  -jazz ensemble with a jazz singer 

​

Meal 

- throughout/ as guests enter until starters/ as main course finished until tea and coffee

 -      -electric violin solo, duet or string trio with backing tracks

     -  acoustic strings amplified

  -  jazz ensemble  for background easy listening.

Bands break as evening food, tea/coffee etc is served
